What do I need to check? +
An eligible residential electricity connection, a suitable rooftop, and the rules for prior subsidy claims. The scheme requires domestically manufactured solar modules made with domestic cells, a registered vendor and DISCOM approval. Check the National Portal before committing to an installation.
How does the application work? +
Register on the National Portal, follow your DISCOM's approval process, choose a registered vendor, complete the compliant installation and inspection, then submit the required bank and commissioning details to claim the subsidy.
Is subsidy deducted from the quote? +
Subsidy is subject to approval and claim processing. The calculator shows a possible effective cost after subsidy; the upfront payment and final eligible system price must be confirmed in your quotation.
